Chatter about a potential Guild Wars 3 reveal at today’s Summer Game Fest has picked up following the discovery that a website domain that’d seem to fit the MMORPG and appears to be registered to NC Corporation has been updated today, June 5th. This follows teasers developers ArenaNet have been posting to Guild Wars 2‘s social media accounts this week, pointing to something Guild Warsy going down at SGF.
“The wind stirs. The world shifts. Stand ready,” read the caption of the teaser video from the studio which initially stoked the Guild Wars 3 speculation, especially when ArenaNet didn’t quickly move to shut it down.
That brings us to today and a Guild Wars vtuber going by Lucy posting that upon looking up the website domain guildwars3.com, they found it’d been updated today. According to the vtuber, the domain “now points to awsdns, which are web servers of Amazon Web Services” and the domain of Guild Wars 2’s website (guildwars2.com) “is also parked on same name servers”.

I’ve looked up both domain through the same lookup site Lucy appears to have used, whois.com, to verify their screenshots were genuine. The Guild Wars 3 site has indeed been updated on June 5th 2026, points to AWSDNS servers as Guild Wars 2’s site does, and is listed as being registered to an NCsoft Corp whose address looks to match recently renamed Guild Wars publishers NC Corporation’s Korean HQ.
I even went a step further and checked the whois listing for NC Corporation’s corporate site nc.com, and found the registrant info to match. So, it certainly appears NC have prepped for a Guild Wars 3 site whenever they need one. Whether the recent update indicates it’ll be revealed during tonight’s showcase is another matter. We’ll just have to see.
In the mean time, read our Guild Wars 2 review.
